Alḥamdulillāh, we are coming through the end of the first year together. There are some important dates to note for your calendar.
- The last assembly for the 2020-2021 school year is on Monday, June 14th.
- The last day of school is June 15th.
- School Wide Award ceremony is on Monday, June 14th at 3pm (PST)
- Graduation Ceremony for Kindergarten, 5th grade and 8th Grade is on Tuesday, June 15th
- 5th Grade: 2:00-3:00pm (PST)
- Kindergarten: 3:00 – 4:00 pm (PST)
- 8th Grade: 4:30 – 5:30 pm (PST)
- Please fill out this form regarding your Chromebook. This is a mandatory form that needs to be filled out by everyone!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY If you have not registered / not planning on registering for the 2021-2022 school year at RISE Online, please make sure you mail back your Chromebook by July 1st to Al-Kisa Foundation.

Re-enrollment is Open 2021-22
We are now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year! Be ready to pay the enrollment fee and submit prior year report cards when you apply! Families will be directed to schedule a family meeting and new student assessment after applying as well.

SUMMER CAMP
Coding Class
We have partnered up with @smart_corelabs this summer to offer coding classes and registration is still open until Wednesday, June 16.
Here are 5 reasons why coding is important for young minds:
- Coding is a language, which teaches children how to communicate and utilize logical thinking.
- Coding fosters creativity.
- Coding helps children with math skills.
- Coding improves writing academic performance.
- Coding helps children become confident problem solvers.

1st & 2nd Grade
Salāmun ʿAlaykum! May Allah bless you and your families. On behalf of the RISE Online team, we would congratulate you on the auspicious birth of Fatima al-Ma’suma (a).
Alhamdoulillah we have made it to end of the school year with only 2 days left! Thank you so much for all your help and support.
End-of-Year Testing went very well thank you for your help! Test results will be available by next week Friday.
Finally, please make sure students are submitting their work on time! Last day I will be accepting work is on Sunday June 13th. Students will receive a zero for any work not submitted.
